Independent Ski School based in Niseko
NGSA(Niseko Global Ski Academy) is an independent ski school based in Japanese powder resort "Niseko".
We are not a same ski school as the schools ski resorts have. We are actually a very small team of real professionals.
We are trying to keep ourselves high-level and offer better & deeper service for, not only general public, but also snow professionals from all over the world.

- CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructors' Allaiance)
- TAJ (Telemark ski Association of Japan)
- NWGA (Niseko Winter Guide Association)

Yes, perhaps. Because we don't advertise a lot. We have this website and that's it.

Why NGSA started?
Niseko is getting popular and people come from all over the world. The more popular Niseko is, the more English speaking instructors and guides come to Niseko to enjoy this unique powder destination. That would be very good for English speaking skiers if all pros were great.
To be honest, we have seen many ski lessons by ski-bums. We have seen a lesson-group who lost in the resort. Some have a job at ski school just for their work-visa to stay in Japan, some have never taught until they came to Niseko and some guides have skied for just 3days in Niseko before they start guiding people.
How can you offer good service with little experience in Niseko?
That's why we started NGSA. We believe our service are one of the best in Niseko. Our members are English-speaking Japanese pros who have more than 10years of experience in ski industry (including overseas), and, know Niseko really well as a local.
